1 lb lean beef (sirloin or flank), sliced thinly against the grain
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 large orange, peeled and segmented
4 cups mixed salad greens, such as arugula, spinach, or mesclun
1 large avocado, sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon honey, optional for sweetness
